Trevor Moore of “The Whitest Kids U’Know” will be shooting his first hour-long comedy special this spring for Comedy Central. In 2013, he released the comedy music album "Drunk Texts to Myself" through Comedy Central Records, which made the top ten on both Amazon and iTunes comedy charts.
At the age of 12, Trevor Moore published his first book of cartoons, and at age 16 he began writing weekly cartoons for several newspapers in his home state of Virginia. Immediately after graduating high school, Trevor signed a deal to write and produce The Trevor Moore Show, a weekly sketch comedy, for the family oriented PAX-TV. The show was canceled after eleven months due to offensive content. Trevor then moved to New York to attend college, where he founded sketch comedy group The Whitest Kids U'Know. The Whitest Kids started doing shows in the Lower East Side of Manhattan in 2003. They won "Best Sketch Group" at the Aspen Comedy Festival in 2006, have over 100 million views on YouTube, and completed 5 seasons of their self-titled comedy show on the IFC Network. The group finished a sold out nationwide tour in early 2012 and recently completed their first film, The Civil War on Drugs. Trevor also co-directed and starred in the film Miss March and is a contributing correspondent on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He recently sold a pilot to Comedy Central which will shoot this spring in New York.
